Sushi on the dining plan is very limited.
Two Places that had sushi were available on the plan: Wolfgang Puck's Cafe & California Grill.
At Puck's, sushi is considered your Entree. This includes a la carte sushi - so if you ordered salmon - you'd have 2 pieces of salmon sushi as your entree. Not worth it.
At CG, you can order anything except Yoshi's Deluxe Sushi Platter for your appetizer. This includes all the huge rolls. The Snake in the Grass roll is only like $2.00 less than the platter - but those are the rules.
So, if you are looking to eat much Sushi on the dining plan, be aware that it isn't happening. We did have wonderful sushi at Matsa No Ma Lounge a couple nights, but paid out of pocket.
I will do a full dining review once I get DH off to Vegas (His trip since ours was just DS & I) and get a little more caught up at home & work.
