The 20th season of Survivor is just around the corner (early next year)--rumor has it that the season will bring back previous Survivor contestants as before in Survivor All-Stars.

I didn't see Yau-Man on the list and I definitely seen him in the cast line-up--

James and Cirie may also be there but the pics looked newer so I wasn't 100% certain it was them

Did they ever say or show who were the two people who voted for Russell? Shambo for sure but who was the other one? I'm thinking Jaison.

Prior to the show starting tonight I didn't care who won because I liked everyone remaining but as the show progressed I hoped Russell wouldn't win. I didn't like how he was so in everyone's face, especially Natalie's, saying he was a sure thing to win, etc. I thought his behavior by not being a good sport coming in second says a lot about his true character. I was hoping the Russell that had to leave the game early would win the $100K.

I think it was Jaison. How nice for Russ to burn the socks there,once again his ego and arrogance had to come out. He lost because of that.

All he wanted is for everybody to say Russ you are the best, to feed his ego.

Although Shambo pretty much drove me crazy she seems like someone who values honesty and integrity. I wish Jeff had asked her if she still felt the same way about Russell after seeing his behind the scenes antics on the show (burning the socks, pouring out water, etc.)

Still on Team Natalie! I thought Russell was going to win even after they voted so I was completely shocked to actually see her win, very entertaining! I think I would be slightly disappointed to see Russell on the fact that it would have made the game boring and predictable. I also wouldn't have liked to let him get away with treating people like s**t as he did.

Everyone on the jury was extremely bitter that they got played like fools by Russell and I whole-heartedly agree that it was the worst ending ever. They didn't vote for the best Survivor they voted on who's personality they preferred and the fact that Russell already has money.

IMO, Natalie was slightly cocky after she won and really thought she deserved to win, really quite pathetic that she couldn't even give credit where credit was due

Her best game play was getting Eric out??? OMG, how about latching onto Russell's coat tails the entire time? I can see why Russell was ticked because she couldn't even "man up" and admit the blatantly obvious!

If she was smart she should have sold the title to Russell because she certainly was not the best and you could even tell by the way Jeff spoke that he thought Russell was the "sole survivor"

I liked it when Jeff made the comment after America's Choice to the jury about whether they thought they voted right when Natalie didn't even make it to the top 3

Oh well, hope Russell realizes that he is the winner in most people's eyes and that he is the sole survivor!

Now onto season 20.....................

Riding the coat tails is a strategy... and it turned out to be the winning one in this case!

ITA, she defnitely picked the right ***hole to follow. She is hardly the first person to ever get to the finals by doing this, and she won't be the last. Russell may have played the game better but what he lost sight of was that its about those people on the jury at the end of the game and what they think of you, not just about how you play. There is a reason they have that jury, if oit was only about how you played the game they wouldn't be there, it would just be some grand challenge at the end.

Did everyone miss Jaison's comment that every company has a "Russell" and all people hate the "Russell" at work. Funny Jaison had no problem aligning with Russell and never worked to vote Russell off.

Now one thing I agree with. Jaison said the events and goals on Survivor are like work and that is one reason I enjoy watching.

No matter what anyone says, Natalie did have a winning strategy and that is why she is a million dollars richer today. Russell did play a stellar game strategically. Although, all that matters is the end, and in the end Natalie, with that big fat check of hers to prove it, played a better game.

In the beginning I was not a big Russell fan but he played the best and should have won. I agree. Natalie didn't do anything. But as soon as Erik said he was voting for her I kind of figured she was going to win.

Can't wait for the next season...it should be interesting with all the former contestants! Love Colby and JT. But there are a few people on that list who I can't remember for the life of me.

Oh, and seeing Rob on that list. Is he still married to Amber?!

I also was disappointed about Natalie winning over Russell. However, as Jeff P. has stated over and over during the past ten years, there is a huge social aspect to the game that cannot be ignored. Natalie did not burn any bridges whereas Russell’s arrogance obviously rubbed many people the wrong way.

Now, did anyone else think, watching the reunion show as it unfolded, that Russell seemed mad? Before Jeff read the votes I got the impression that Russell was already stewing about something. After Natalie was declared the winner I suddenly thought “Russell had been tipped off that he had lost” (maybe by talking to various jury members prior to the show).
