Survivor...Is Rob getting on your nerves?

I am getting sick and tired of Rob's "grand plan" for the strategy. Does that guy ever shut up??

by the way, what did you think of the nudie show that the girls put on for some peanut butter and oreos? It sure doesn't appear that this group is as competitive as past survivor teams. I couldn't believe how quick individuals were to deal away immunity for some food !?!

Butch may be the one flying furthest under the radar at this point.
I think Dave will go if he doesn't get immunity next week.

I find Rob amusing - (at least he didn't consult his Magic 8 ball this week!)but the preview for next week's show has me more than a little freaked with Matt's behavior!

The girls' nudie show had me scratching my head - was that really necessary?? Jeff seemed to enjoy himself!

I was totally ticked to find out that Dave, Roger, and Butch had tried to boot off Christy - especially after all their "soulful" talk last week about how great she was and what a huge part of their tribe she was. Obviously they realized that she and Deena are forces to be reckoned with and were scared and since they couldn't vote off Deena, Christy was next in line for their vote.

I live with Rob a lot better than I can the Original Wild Women of the Amazon . They don't do a thing for me!

He's actually growing on me. His self deprecating humor combined with his fake "I'm gonna win it all" attitude is too funny. I don't think he believes a word of what he's saying. He's just repeating everything he's heard from every survivor winner to date. I'm sure he's taped every season and watched them over and over.. If it works for him-I say great! If not, well, he added a lot of humor to this season.

Heidi is the one on my last nerve. The girl constantly has her fingers in her mouth. I do notice they didn't show her talking about how cute she was this week. Gee, could that be because she's getting OOGLIER day by day?

I did think his "bon voyage" speech a la Casey Kasem, to Roger was funny. I think you're right, Lucky, he has watched and re-watched the reruns so he can plan everything he says.

Funny how Jenna said she would strip for the peanut butter and chocolate and they JUST HAPPEN to have just that very thing! Wow, what a coincidence!!

I really liked Dave and Butch, but they really disappointed me in their efforts to boot Christy off. The looks of shock on their faces was priceless when they realized that they had been "had".

Anyone else think Deena is overplaying the "never underestimate the power of a woman" thing? Ok, enough already, we heard you the first 4 times you said it!

Nuts, it is more than a week until the next show, Thursday next week!

Rob is great!!! His Casey Kasam long distance dedication to Roger as he was voting him off was the best!!! I'm sssssssooooo glad to see Roger gone!! Hopefully his snug look is off his face!! I also like Dena and Christy alot!!! I think Dave and Butch were shocked at the voting results!! Next week should be very interesting!!!!

Rob got on my nerves at the very beginning of Survivor. Now I like him! He makes me laugh!
I think the girls that stripped were really dumb. I think it was totally unnecessary. They were going to be bribed with food regardless, why did they have to strip for it??
The guys got food and they didn't strip for it.

I agree with Lucky4me, Heidi is really getting on my nerves!

Rob doesn't annoy me nearly as much as, say Josh did on Big Brother 3 last season!!! At times I even find him somewhat amuzing (yes, like a clown).

Now the girls stripping for peanut butter and oreos - I don't agree with it, but I believe it was probably a strategy play. I think those guys are going to be much more willing to keep those 2 around with those antics. The younger guys are MUCH more easy to impress!!

At first I could not stand Rob but he is actually starting to become a favorite of mine because he makes me laugh. I think most of his thing is just an act and I believe it is working very well for him. He has everyone else convinced he is not really a threat because they just see him as the goofy guy oogling the "cute girls". He is probably playing the game more than any of them at this point...and it seems to be working. You have to give him credit for that.

The "cute girls" are really annoying me and that whole strip thing for PB and chocolate was .

I am enjoying this season quite a bit. The dynamics are interesting even if some of the survivors drive me crazy. I really like Dave, Christy, Deena and Rob right now but I have a feeling that Dave will be gone in the next few weeks simply because he is a strong player and will be a good target especially for someone like Deena and Rob.

I like Rob. I think we have all had a Rob in our life at one time or another. He reminds me of some guys I knew in college that would just crack me up. Having humor around is a great thing! And I love his luxury item. That was very creative and helped the tribe break the ice early on.

I'm wondering if Survivor has adopted an "annoying Rob" rule? The last 3 Survivor installments have had one.............last time it was Robb with 2 bs....the time before it was 'Boston Rob'.......could there be a pattern here....

I am totally annoyed with Rob. His constant talk of trying to "have a chance" with the women is ridiculous. Past Survivor contestants say that this is furthest from their mind. Either the hardship they are getting now is more mild than it has been in the past, or Rob is just far too frustrated to be useful. His plan is going to kill him.

I have a different take on the stripping thing. I think there was some things edited out to make us believe that they would strip for chocolate and peanut butter. I think that Jeff had asked all of the Survivors what they missed or about chocolate and peanut butter specifically. Then asked what they would do for it. The stripping thing was more of a "what would you do" thing. Jeff told them that they had to jump off the post to get the prize. He said "Go for it!". He meant, jump, not strip, then jump. I mean, he did not tell them not to, but they would have gotten it anyway.

Either they were playing with the guys, giving them a reason to keep them around, or they were fooled.

I was COMPLETELY happy with the look on Roger's face at the end though.

I have to agree with everyone who rolled their eyes about Jenna & Heidi. Skanky tramps. I couldn't believe the stripping (gross -- could they be any nastier?) and the talk around the fire about threesomes. Their mothers must be *so* proud of their young ladies.
