Just got a letter in the mail Sat from George Augel VP-GM-DVD to fill out a survey. Well I filled out the survey (ON_LINE) and at the end they ask for comments. I did this twice but when I finished my comments I was denied access(twice). I did comments again with about 10 words about the problem and it worked. I guess if you can't type fast you can't get your comments in since it must be time sensitive so if you get this survey just make it short and sweet on the comments.

I can't remember all the questions and I tried to log back in again but access was denied. They just wanted to know things like your age, how many in your family
what you like about DVC
# visits to disney per year on-site
# visits you will do in next 3 yrs
? on guidebook,vac.magic, cruises, vac tradeing
there is more but my memory is not working
I tried putting in comments about better discounts for DVC members but couldn't. I think comments is time sensitive so after about 2 min I was denied access

Thanks Paul. Just checking that they weren't asking specific questions like the year they asked about paying for towels, room changes, etc.
