Survey after a DVC stay

We recently returned from a very wonderful BCV Mother's Day stay. Today we got the card to access the on line survey. I called DH and asked him for some comments, don't want to be oozing too much pixie dust into the survey, we had a great stay, and DH said he had a great time, just mention that.

We've taken about 12 DVC trips so far during our membership, and have had guests, (so more than 1 room/villa) in about 8 of them. We tend to use 2 studios more than a 2 bedroom villa, but we have used them as well. I think that we have gotten cards to fill the survey out about 8 times so far. Do they really survey that large a percent of people on their visits? Does everyone "usually" get a survey like we do? One time, the card came to our address but with one of our guests as the addressee, so I'm guessing that wasn't really for us.

I get such a kick out of the question "Do you intend to visit WDW within the next 5 years?" Now, really, we're set to go down again in less than 2 weeks to celebrate, just the 2 of us, our meeting each other 40 years ago. And you know, I'm/we're just as excited about going as if it had been months since our last visit.

We did 4 DVC stays last year, plus a Disney Cruise. I was sent surveys for all of them. I do enjoy filling out the surveys, so maybe they continue to send them to those who return them???

We get the post-trip survey cards more often than not. I always enjoy filling out the online surveys, especially the going back soon questions. The way I see it, the more people WDW gets feedback from, the better they can serve us in the future.

We usually get a card for most of our trips too. The online survey is where I take the opportunity to let them know my dissatisfaction with the BW bus service. If they have asked for my comments, then I feel this is the best place to give them to someone.

I don't think we have ever gotten a survey card and we have stayed at the BWV every year since 1998.

We were there also for Mother's Day and the week after. We received a card for Saratoga Springs as well as one for Lake Buena Vista Golf Course (my husband and son played) less than a week after our return.

Glad you had a great trip! And congrats on the 40 years!

I think I may have stayed in the same room as you did last August in my May trip. BWV 4133 - it was a SV studio - next to the last room down the hallway. Was that one of the rooms you had when you had the 2br? I loved the walk down the hallway and the exits down to the MGM route or the bus stop! Great location!

I get a lot of the postcards - I think every visit. But then I forget to go do them........

kathleena, Yes, we had 4133 as the 2 bedroom unit when we visited and met you last year! We liked that view and the room.

Thanks for the wishes. Yesterday was our wedding anniversary (38) and DH was in Texas for business. That's what has happened more often than not, but we really seem to be luckier for our June 10th dates, we're often off to someplace very special.
