Surprising yourself at WDW

I've always wanted to get a basket or something delivered to my room while I'm at WDW, but I want it to be a surprise to some degree. Has anybody ever done anything like this while traveling solo? I don't want to spend a lot of money for anything fancy, but a little something might be nice. Especially if I can get it so that it's delivered before I arrive at the resort.

Any ideas or experiences?

Interesting concept, tho I am not certain how you could surprise yourself...lol...Pass the info on to a family member and ask them to surprise you with a basket of goodies while you are there, although I would suggest you ask this of a female family member as a male family member would just think you were nuts.... Remember, the male mind works on a totally different level of logic than ours does....

A surprise? No. Something nice? yes. Had a Christmas tree delivered from an online florist to my resort room last December - just for me....

well had gift baskets - but since you need to pay for them first - always knew what I wanted and got it.

to my knowledge there is a not a surprise basket at WDW florist. gifts of a lifetime might have one.

Thanks, I'll keep digging. Unfortunately dropping hints to other family members is not an option as they already think I'm crazy/pathetic for taking another solo trip.

Maybe I can order something now and by the time I get there I will have forgotten about it?

Maybe we need to start a solo trip chain! We can surprise each other with a gift backet.

In all seriousness, I like the question. I have thought about it myself for my solo trips.

That sounds like a really cool idea. Maybe you should just try calling a service and asking of they'll throw something together for you. A lot of places are willing to do a little extra if you ask. I'm not saying that they'll design something especially for you... but you could tell them a little bit about what you might be looking for and without learning the details of the basket contents, you'll be somewhat surprised. Who knows?
