surprises for upcoming trip

So I'm going down to WDW with my bf and it will be his first big Disney trip. He's never been to AK and has spent limited time in Epcot and MGM. Now that the trip is paid for, our airfare is set and I've made our ADRs I'm trying to think of little things to make our trip more magical for him. (I'm trying to make sure he enjoys it just as much as I know I will.)

I've already made reservations at Crystal Palace because he's expressed interest in a character meal and he's hoping to see Tigger. I checked out Disney Florist but nothing there is really something that'd be worth the price to me. So what other little things can I do for our trip? When I went in December I made bags up with things for my brother and sister with candy, coloring books and silly little things like that. But that was because I knew they'd laugh at how I'd packed all our favorites from when we were kids. Any ideas about things like that?

I'd love any help I can get.

This isn't little, but it's so great! I just returned from trip with 3 friends and I surprised them with a Segway tour. It was the highlight of our trip! He would love it and you get to enjoy it, too!

I definitely thought about the Segway tour because he's been talking about wanting to try those and I know we'd both enjoy the tour. I'm going to have to look into that more.

How about a phone call from Tigger prior to your trip.ON the Disney web site there is a place where you can have a character call. I think it is 2.99 and I believe Tigger is one of the characters offered.He may get a chuckle out of that the night before your trip. There is also another site that will deliver a goodie basket to your resort if you are staying on Disney property and you can make it as expensive or cheap as you would like.You can pick out your own stuff from stuffed animals to candy to lanyards.If you would like the site PM me and I will get it to you.
