Surprised by availability during Christmas

I've got all of our Christmas trip ADRs already. Now doing the good old rethinking my decisions excercise. So, I'm up on the WDW Dining site just looking around. For Christmas Day restaurants at MK are pretty much wide open most of the day for 2 adults. I'm amazed! I know that when I made my ADRs I had to do lots of tweaking to get what I wanted at about the times I wanted.

Just for grins, I decided to check out Le Cellier since that one seems to be so difficult. Availability all over the place during the time we're there. 12/23-1/3 There seems to be availability at all places all times. Wow.

So, either more spots have opened up or there is definitely something wrong with the dining site tonight. So, if you need any ADRs during Christmas go check it out now!

Thanks for the heads up, unfortunately we are there from 12/1-12/8. I have all of my ADRs in place too but I am like you and am still thinking of places to fill in and so on. So the other night I decided that I would check to see if there was any dinner ADRs for Le Cellier because we have a lunch ADR for there (11:30am) and nothing for dinner so I was just being nosey. Well of course nothing popped up, that was worth while, except for a Teppan Edo ADR at 6:10pm (party of 4). I thought to myself that this could play out real well since my DH had mentioned that the next time we go he would like to try that (he loves the whole Hybotchie (sp) experience). So instead I grabbed that (it too seems to be a hard ADR to get for some reason) and I think I am going to not tell him about it until it is time to eat there

Im guessing that the free dining deal had most people who were planning on comming to Disney for Christmas rescedule to take advantage of the deal. I've been making my ADRs since the 90 + 10 doesn't apply to me (staying at SoG), and I've found availability for every restaraunt I wanted, at the exact times I wanted.
