I have always wanted to surprise my daughter with a trip to Disney. The 1st, 2 times we took her, she was 2 1/2yrs, and 3 1/2years, so we felt we needed to prepare her to travel. Now she is 6 and is a great traveler (sometimes better than my husband!) and have been begging us to go back for the past year. We were in Orlando in Jan, for a cruise and she was upset we were at "mickey mouse's airport" and not going to see him! So my husband and I have been talking it over and over! Well the talking is done! We will be surprising our daughter Ava on Sep 28 with a trip to DISNEY!! Free Dining has made it the perfect time to go!

So how i'm planning on doing this is, on Sep 28, I'm going to wake her up like it's time to go to school (have the car packed and ready for the airport). Have her get dressed like she is going to school and make a few wrong turns on the way "to school". I know as soon as we get to the airport, she will have a lot of questions, and I'm sure at that point I will not be able to keep our secret any longer!

Any ideas on how to make this as magical as possible for her? I was thinking on having a T-shirt made for her that I'd give her to change into before we go to the parks saying something like "Surprise Trip! 2010! -Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
