SURPRISE! We aren't going home we are going to Disney!

Joining in!!:goodvibes Great pictures!! I'm enjoying all the ones of CBR. (we are hoping to stay there in the future.) It looks like you had alot of fun at Ohana's. We've only eaten breakfast there but dinner looks very yummy!!

Oh and congrats on 15 years of marriage!!! DH will be celebrating 15 years in August. (planning to celebrate with another trip this year....hopefully.:))

Looking forward to reading more......

Welcome aboard!:goodvibes

I love surprise Disney trips! I would really like to try O'hana someday, I always hear such great things about it and DH would be really into the meat skewers:thumbsup2! I dream too about staying at the Poly:cloud9: Looking forward to hearing more!!!

So sorry I have been a little slow getting back to you all, it has been pretty hectic with the holidays and all, then I had to finish planning a trip for a friend, so her and her family can go for the Marathon weekend fun (her DH is running, I will update you all on that later). Then to top off my slacking time I had a friend who lost her battle with cancer this week, so it has been a little tough. But she is great now, no more pain, my heart goes out to her family, but she truely lived the last year of her life! I hope I am so fortunate to look back someday and be able to say the same thing. I will actually post a pic later when I am at home because I used to work with the best group of people in the world and we all pitched in and sent her and her family, kids and grandkids to WDW for a week last May and it was just wonderful! I love to look at those pics so I will have to share one with you all!
But on to more uplifting things, although, I don't think it got much better than her WDW trip.

For this trip we are at the First day in the parks!
IT was up and atum and off the the Magic Kingdom for Addi and I, but as usual we were running a little late so no TTC for us this AM. Instead I got the bright idea to have DH drop us off at the Contemporary walkway and we could just walk to the MK! Great idea right! Well it would have been if we had ever driven to the Contemporary before! but we hadn't, so we circled around three times to find a place to get out of the car, instead of just pulling in the parking lot and letting us out of the car and DH & DS going to EP we stopped under the monorail, I jumped out of the car, pulled the stroller (which I have never used and do not know how to even open) out of the back of the van and grabbed the kiddo out with the other arm and drug her and the stroller over to the walkway and we were off. Our appt was at 8:05 and it was about 7:58 when I hit the sidewalk. In the gate we went and I was moving so fast that I did not even have or take the time to get any pics in front of the castle with the 2 of us, now I wish i had been a little later done it anyway. We made it just a few min after our time and we got right in. Did I mention that DD was soooo excited about being made into a princess! Once I told her on Sunday that was all she talked about!
We were taken into the Boutique and seated with our Fairy God Mother in Training -
(space to insert pic when home - sorry I am a loser and do not have them all uploaded yet)
Then we decided that we needed our dress on so then we came back to the chair again, dressed this time!
(insert another pic!)
Then it was Princess time!!princess:

I will post photopass pics when I get them too, because there are some really cute ones on there.
We just happened to get done about 5 min before ROPE DROP!!! So there we were right at the front of the castle to get into Fantasyland! Off to see if we can wake Tink but some adult beat us to it so we went to Dumbo we were on the 2nd loading!!

And Ariel was out early!! So it we got to see her for the first time ever, the character interaction there was great! She talked to Addi all about her nails and her hair, I would even wait in line for that!

And oh did I mention we had to be at EP for Breakfast by 10:30? So we got all of that in before 10AM!!! Then we were off to the monorail!! And I thought that thing was suppose to be fast!?:scared1:

But that will have to be later tonight!

So Sorry those posted sooo HUGE!! I will work on that too!

I'm so sorry to hear about your friend! I had a friend who passed away around this time 2 years ago of ovarian cancer--she was sooo very young and had a young daughter. So I know what you must be going through.

Great update!! The BBB is sooo much fun and your daughter is adorable!!! :lovestruc I bet she had a wonderful time getting all made up! So glad she was able to meet Ariel--that was one of the highlights of our May trip for my oldest daughter. Can't wait to read more!! :goodvibes
