Surprise trip week of the 14th

I am lucky enough to have a short notice trip to florida coming up the week of the 14th. I know it's going to be a busy week, and I'm trying to figure out if we'll be able to hit the parks one day. (I am definitely planning on eating at the world and getting to Pleasure Island one night, but I'm not sure if our finances will let us get to the parks for a day - but if they do...) Which park should we hit? (I'm thinking MK, but the thought of the crowds there is making me think twice!) If MK, which day would be best for crowd avoidance?

Im sure crowds will be high everywhere, as its spring break season, I would just pick the park that appeals to you the most. Maybe try and go really early or late to get the best of the crowds, if MK is where you want to be, then going to Epcot because someone says the crowds will be better might just not be as fun, will you be thinking, I cant believe Im here and I mised MK?
