Surprise Trip for In-laws First Time to Disney

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for help on how to surprise my DFIL. He is turning 70 this year and we are sending both my In-laws to Disney for the first time. DMIL is in on the surprise. His birthday is April 11, and the trip is April 28 to May 4th. They will stay with us 2 nights off site and then will stay at Yacht Club for the rest of the stay. I don't want to spend a lot of money on the surprise part but want it to be creative. Please Help!!

Is there something your FIL likes doing? Golf, race car driving, etc.? Would he and MIL want to do something special together? Or would just giving them a couple days in the park alone and maybe a non-binding touring plan work?

We are going to reveal the surprise in 2 weeks. I want them to have some planning time. Its how to reveal the surprise that I'm looking for ideas. I was thinking a scavenger hunt or multiple wrapped presents that will lead him to Disney.

I think what you are planning for your in-laws is lovely!
It sounds like their visit will be during the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot. That might be lots of fun for them. Just in case you haven't seen this yet, I'm including a link to this years food treats.
