I've been working on mine and I can probably finish in time, but it'll be close. The kids missed a whole week of school when we had all of our snow and I wasn't able to get anything done with them home all day.

If it wouldbe easier, I can extend it a week or so. I don't want anyone to feel rushed!!

Not a problem!!! We will push it out a week!!! It should be fairly easy to sort anyway. There is not much rhyme or reason to sorting since there are a lot of grab bag groups!!

*** Just want to be sure everyone saw the new due date!! Everyone still working has another week so no need to rush at the last minute. And, anyone that already mailed, just want to keep you up to date! We had some spots that were filled by angels and I wanted to allow them time since they either jumped in late or took on extra groups!! So, new due date is FEBRUARY 19!!

My groups are taking a bit longer than expected--my "E" is eating paper instead of cutting it, hopefully a new blade & mats will fix that. I'm about half done and hope to be finished by the end of the week, but, I'll definately be finished by Feb 4

I've had Cricut images that just would not cut nice no matter what I did. Changed blades, changed speed & pressure, changed mats, changed paper texture. Should have kept a list of those so I don't try to make them again.

I always slow down my speed for thinner paper....have ruined more cuts than I want to count

I have one of my angel spots cut, but it needs to be assembled. The other spot is not yet started.

Thanks for the extra time - I will likely need it. I had to take my laptop to be repaired because I dropped it (*more like threw it out of my bookbag ), and the outside case needs to be replaced. My SCAL is on that laptop, and I had designed most of my groups already with it. I hope to get it back well before the due date of this swap. If not, then I have to go old school - using the Cricut as it was intended!!!
