My DH and I decided to take our DD for a surprise trip to WDW next September so we can all go to MNSSHP :hmghost: . Any suggestions on when we should start calling for pricing? When do the codes for September come out, and does Disney normally offer the free dining plan every summer...if so, when does that become available?? :confused3

Disney has offered free dining the last two years (2005 and 2006). In 2006, it was announced the last week of March or the first week of April.

Thank you for the info Bob!! :)

We've already booked our Sept. 07 trip (booked it the day after we returned from our Sept. 06 trip actually!). AAA discounts are already available, as an option. That's what I've booked, then will change the ressie if a better offer comes along down the road (that includes free dining - fingers crossed).

Just a tip...If you want to go to the Hoop-Dee-Doo Review...Book it now! :thumbsup2

we've already booked our october trip (package including passes and dining plan) - did this right after we returned from our recent trip in september!

now now now!!! Start planning ASAP! In my book you are already 2 months behind schedule! :rotfl2:

We usually start planning our trips like 2 years out.. but really as soon as you get the exact dates planned out I would say figure out where you want to eat and make ADR's asap... those are the first things that I plan :thumbsup2

I was pricing a little getaway for my Birthday trip today and Disney website has packages available for Sept 2007 now!!! :thumbsup2

You can always take the discounts later!! Not a busy time though and so you have time to get booked and wait for deals...

That is what I will probably do..

I checked 5 days and 4 nights at POR with 2 day magic your way passes and ME and the total for 2 adults and 1 child (8) was around $1059. Not too awful bad, but I will probably hold off anyway... I was looking at the week after Labor day... :goodvibes

Good luck!! Have fun planning...

Renting DVC points is another great option!! That is what we are doing for our December trip. Great rate at OKW and we have a studio.

I have just always wanted to stay at POR and we will be there over a weekend and points cost more on for the weekend days... ;)

We also already booked our trip for Sept 2007!
We actually booked it as soon as we knew we were finally going to adopt a baby girl! She'll be about 15 months next fall! :thumbsup2
We will just convert the package to whatever fall promo they release this spring!
Can't wait!
