Surprise in room for friends staying at POP?

Friends of ours are going for their first Disney trip...I have the dates of their stay.

Is it possible to call the resort and arrange for personalized Mickey ears to be delivered for them, waiting in their room upon arrival?

We had it done before through GF concierge, but I don't know how it works at the values--is this even possible?

You wouldn't want it in the room before they arrive. Until they check in that room could be assigned to someone else.

They could deliver them after they check in.

I'm not really interested in a gift basket...just want mouse ears for 2 adults and 2 kids --with their names on them-- delivered to the room.

Is that possible to do through Disney? If so, whom do I call?
