Surprise glass slipper

My wife wants to eat in cinderellas castle, to celebrate her birthday. I understand they can organise a special, engraved glass slipper , for special occasions. Two questions:
How much is it ?
I've looked, but can't find a price without booking it.

Can I arrange it in secret and pay for it on the night ? If I pay for it in advance, it will show up on the card and spoil the surprise.

When I have ordered from Disney F&G and wanted to make it a surprise, I paid with a gift card we had purchased for our trip.

I got an email from the cake folks last year when planning our trip for DD's 3rd birthday. They informed me:

"To create a true fairy tale, we offer our Cinderella glass slipper. This will be presented on a platter of rose petals and is the perfect keepsake for your visit to Cinderella’s Castle! This costs $65.00 plus tax and gratuity."
