We were in Epcot last week and grabed a fast pass at Test Track around 9 AM. We headed over to Mission Space since it was opened already and checked the time on the fast pass. Down on the bottom of the pass were the words "Surprise - Ride Mission Space without Lines" or something to that effect. My kids had it on theirs; I didn't.

So after riding Mission Space the first time, they waited awhile and went right back on it!!

My opinion of the ride?? - I got a bit sick on the ride. I couldn't go in it again, but I'm glad I did try it. Of course the kids are still talking about it and can't wait for next year!! :) :)

What ages are your kids? I was wondering if this ride is suitable for a five year old.

Just wondering, did you by any chance use a left over day off an older park pass for your admission and newer tickets for the kids? I have heard of it happening that the TT FP machine will not give the bonus FP when you use an older admission ticket. It will only give it on newer tickets.

Just trying to confirm that and see if that may have been your situation.

Now that is a great fastpass! Glad you had a chance to try MS!

According to a friend who works M:S, last week they were giving the bonus FP for M:S because people still didn't know it was open. The first couple hundred FP for TT got the bonus. I would think they'll be stopping it very soon now that M:S is officially open and on the park maps.

We were there last weekend and they gave out the surprise fastpasses then. We got four surprise passes and because my youngest is too small for MS and I get sick on rides like that my eldest son and dh were able to ride it twice before our FP for TT came due. It happened both days we were there.

There is a height restriction of 44 inches on MS and my five year old didnt make the cut. He was a little too short for it.

Neither dh nor ds got sick on the ride but dh has been battling a headache since he rode it. I think four times in two days might have been a bit too much for him.

Apparently though people do get sick on this ride because dh and ds had to be moved to a different pod during loading because someone had redecorated the one they were supposed to get into.

We had new tickets for the parks so no "leftover" days were used. My kids are older; 13 and soon to be 15.

It was a great surprise for the boys and they really had a great trip!
