Surprise Celebration

Is this just before the parade at 3:00? It's mentioned on our WDW Planning DVD, but not in great detail. It looks really good--has anyone seen it? Is it a short or long show?

No, it's a show at the stage in front of the castle - it's really cute! It runs several times during the day. First show is normally at 9:40. The characters will come down right after the show to sign autographs, take pictures, etc. We watch it every time. There's not a show anytime around the parade time, as they are having to get the area ready for the parade.

Normal times are these, but they could change.
Daily at 9:40, 10:40 & 11:40am, 4:35 & 5:30pm*
*Also 6:30pm Sunday-Tuesday & Saturday

Oh, and as far as the length, it's maybe 20 minutes.

very cute show..we caught the last one of the day..there are some pics in my trip report even dh thought it was cute

Thanks so much for the info---our planning DVD is a little deceiving--it says to watch the surprise celebration then watch the characters parade down main street! It didn't sound quite feasible to me, so I'm glad to hear the show is on a few times. DD is very excited. So are we all!

On Yahoo, try clicking "Edit Album Info" on the album where your pictures are. Under Advanced Sharing Settings, if it says your album is private, try clicking"Edit Settings", selecting "Public", and then click the save button at the bottom of the screen. That should help you.
