All depends on the kind of person your mom is - her likes and dislikes. And the time of year you're traveling...

Does she love a really good meal at a fancy(ish) restaurant?

Is a private cruise to see the fireworks more her speed?

Would she get a kick out of a character experience?

Is she interested in getting behind the scenes when she goes places?

If you're traveling at the right time of year for one of the hard ticket parties, would she love seeing the Christmas parade at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party? Or seeing the characters decked out in their Halloween costumes at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party?

So many factors, so many choices... not sure which would fit. But you could definitely find a magical experience for her!
