Surfside - Bell Service / Luggage Hours??

I've tried searching but can't find an answer.

Does Endless Summer Surfside's Bell Services have a closing time? I found that they open around 6 or 7am, but what about closing.

If we drop off our luggage on check out day and stay to the park until closing, will we be able to get our luggage at 9pm?

I called and was told they are 24 hours, but from reading reviews, this does not seem accurate.

There might not be anyone at the luggage service desk, but go to the check in desk (it's close, just around the corner) & they can help you out. I had to do this in January.

Royal Pacific transferred our bags (yay), so we checked in and collected our bags around 9pm after dinner. They had a little sign up to go see the check in desk for luggage services.

When we picked up our bags to go home (left them again for the park day), there was again no one at the desk but he was just behind a closed door. During the day, they could use some better signage to indicate if you need to fetch help elsewhere, or just wait. There was another person waiting who was also unsure if anyone was manning the desk.

We are coming from PBH. I wonder if they will transfer our luggage for us . Can't hurt to ask...
