Surf's Up Character Breakfast - Where can I park?

Still narrowing down which hotel we will be staying at on Harbor blvd but wanting to save ourselves some steps on our last day! Is there somewhere we can park in the morning at or near the Paradise Pier hotel for just two hours? Would like to take the family to the Surf's Up breakfast. Basically, the breakfast is the last thing we will do before we head to the airport and I don't want to be stuck paying $17 just for that. We'll walk over from the Harbor Blvd hotel if we have to but wasn't sure if Paradise pier parking was for overnight guests only or if short term parking is allowed? Or if the Downtown Disney overflow area is even available for parking in the early morning? (will likely be a 7:00/7:30 reservation). TIA!

You can park at the Paradise Pier hotel. Just pull up to the front, tell them you are there to dine, and they will direct you. You get 3 hours free parking.

We just went on Saturday. We parked in the hotel garage, had our ticket validated by the host at the PCH Grill (where Surf's Up is) and it cost nothing.
