Has anyone received a 10% discount to their bill at Surf's Up! Breakfast with Mickey and Friends at PCH Grill by using their Disney Visa card?

I noticed the Disney Visa website says this ...

So it doesn't explicitly say the Surf's Up! character breakfast, but it doesn't explicitly exclude it either. I hoping Disney Visa cardholders get the 10% off. If so, when you combine this with getting a free photo print package through PhotoPass+ and getting those pics added to your PhotoPass+ account, making a trip over to the PPH might be a good deal.

I ate there at the end of April and I did get 10% off at Breakfast. I was surprised because I did not look at which restaurants had the discount.
