Surf and Turf at Narcoosee's?

Does anyone here know if you can order the surf and turf at Narcoosee's for free dining, or is this a menu item that is not included?

I think it looks really AWESOME but also saw the price compared to other menu items (it was the most expensive thing) and didn't want to get my hopes up.

So either you can make my dreams come true or you can take them away

I thought all meals at Nacoosee's is 2 DDP credits because it is a signature restaurant. Do some of the signature restaurants only charge 1 credit if you order less expensive items?
