Suprise wife on Mother's Day?

We will be at WDW for my DW's first Mother's Day on May 11. I was wondering if anyone new someone I could contact about suprising her with some sort of ..uhm.. I don't quite know what. I know I have read somewhere on these boards that there is a company that specializes in pulling stuff like this off but I cannot recall the name.

Does anybody have any ideas what I could do for her?

I just booked a package at Gifts for next Friday. It was $320 but is for my In-Laws 30th anniversary. It will be a true highlight and I think well worth it. Jane was very nice and so far I highly recommend her!
