support @ wdwinfo not responding to my emails

I have sent 2 emails to support@wdwinfo.com about 123FlashChat's response to a support ticket I entered - I have not received response (emails sent 6/15 & 6/18)

I entered support ticket because I cannot log into iPhone or iPad chat app (password field is disabled)

123FlashChat responded with notice that there is error on disboards.com:

Hello,

I have found that the integration to your chat has some problem.The auth-url is http://disboards.com/vbb.php?username=%username%&password=%password% which returns error.Please have a check and use an correct url.

I have told you that your integration has some problem.It caused that you can't use the user login into your chat.Please change the right auth-url.

Login into your adminpanel->server settings->integrate url.The right url returns 0.
