Support groups for divorced, single Mothers

Is there such a thing as support groups for divorced, single Mothers?

Last week I asked for prayers for my Sister. She is getting a divorce (not her choice) and has 2 small chldren under the age of 3. She will be moving away from the area, but really does not know what she wants to do or where she wants to go.

Today she is feeling really blue and scared. Raising 2 kids on her own, no college degree, and she hasn't worked since her DS was born. Right now my Mom is with her to support her while they work out the divorce details and help her plan/make soem decisions.

I really feel for her, but don't know what to say or what advice to give her.

Any advice for us?

Usually churches have groups and that would be a good place to start. Maybe also parents without partners but she might not be ready for that quite yet.
