Support group for us no pin people!?

I got it I got it I got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so heres what I did to get the pin..........................

1. Made a new gmail acct with all of my information
2. Made an itinerary stating I was staying at a non disney hotel and I would buy tickets when I arrived
3. I priced out all of the deluxe hotels I was interested in
4. saved each offer for 24 hrs(saved on tuesday)
5. Deleted all offers (on wednesday)
6. Put under my accomidations I was staying at sharaton vistana villas
7. signed off of disney
8. Recieved pin code today at 11:42 est

The folloing are the emails I recieved from disney
April 15th: a welcome email from disney for creating the acct
April 16th: an email telling me about the upcoming events in disney world
April 23rd: the disney letterhead email
April 26th: the email about the 2 current deals
April 27th: The explore your resort picks email
April 28th: The little white rabbit!!!!!!!

Good luck to all of you!!! I was so desperate and all but had given up. Then bam disney made my day! I even posted today that I had done it all and after today I was giving up(did I mean it? prob not lol but I can make empty threats right?). This whole thing took almost 2 weeks so hang in there! I think what triggers it is the saved offer then delete the offer after a day or so! I had recieved the FD pin for the summer and I think the only reason I got that one was I was pricing out a may trip and saved an offer. I was trying to talk dh into going in may, but he said no so I deleted the offer after a few days. I wasnt even trying to get a pin it just happened and that is the only connection I can make. My birthday is tomorrow so maybe disney sent me an early bday gift! Thanks disney!!! Good luck everyone!! I sending some pixie dust!!

I'm here lurking....

I have kinda given up, but not officially. I have so many accounts and feel like I tried pretty much everything. Not so much creating an account after deleting cookies cuz well I just don't want another account LOL

I was really holding out for a FQSD pin for the summer (since my trip is in less than 30 days) but most that got the PINS got the % off which doesn't help me cuz I already have 30% off. But the FQSD pins have really died down (for what they post on here). so I thought maybe they stopped sending it out.

Although I plan to add the dining plan (and changing my reservation)
before my trip. If I had totally gave up, I would have done that, but I haven't yet cuz I am still holding out that Disney will love me enough to send me one

Thanks for the support!! I'll post if I have any good news, and I'm sure that everyone else will do the same. It sounds like saving a vacation offer overnight might be a good idea. I saved one on one of my accounts, but deleted it a few hours later. I've never gotten the "check out your resort" email, although I've gotten a few other emails from Disney Destinations, so that makes me wonder. I really need the pin this year in order to make our October trip happen, so I'm crossing my fingers!

I've been hoping, wishing for a code and following all of the ideas on this thread. I just printed out the latest and will see if I finally get lucky! If we don't get some kind of deal my husband is making us stay off-site. (boooo!) I've come to terms with it, but I can still dream! We aren't going until Nov. so maybe a sweet deal will come out for that timeframe.
I already have 6 Disney accts (2 which I just set up today from the Disney Parks website). What is one more??

Yes, that was me, reading every post, creating 8 Email accounts, checking every 10 minutes, logging in, logging out, logging in, logging out with lumps in my throat every time I read someone else got a pin, but not me

Yes, now I have my pin, but I still want everyone else to get one too. Obviously we are all dedicated and we all deserve it just as much as the next person.

I have been poaching this post for about two weeks, seeking support from all of you without you knowing...and I have to share that your unknown support and great ideas have paid off for me and THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I had two AT&T accounts I was using and trying everything to trigger a pin code, but nothing worked. Finally, after poaching here for so long, I finally realized that many who were getting the pin codes were using YAHOO, so I tried that.

On Thursday, 4/22, I created a new yahoo email address and then a new disney.com login. I saved a moderate resort vacation package with tickets and dining. When the survey popped up, I said the quoted price was too high. I then created an Itinerary, no hotel, needed tickets and for accomodations, I clicked on "non-Disney". I logged out of that new account and did not enter it again. In my new yahoo account, I received the welcome to disney.com email message

On Saturday, 4/24, I again created a new yahoo email address and a new disney.com login and repeated the same above. I logged out of that new account and did not enter it again. And again, in the new yahoo account, I received the welcome to disney.com email message.

On Monday, 4/26, I caught a white rabbit for the Thursday, 4/22 email. I received no other emails between the "welcome" email and catching the rabbit.

On Tuesday, 4/27, I caught a white rabbit for the Saturday, 4/26 email. I received no other emails between the "welcome" email and cathing the rabbit.

BIG NOTE: while the "welcome to disney.com" email was in both of the new accounts in-boxes - both of the white rabbits I caught from Disney Destination were in the SPAM email folders - be sure to check your SPAM folders!

Just wondering if anyone else who got a pin called and was able to get 40% off the entire package. I called today to upgrade with my pin and was told it was for the room only. I knew that, but thought I'd ask anyway.

no that is just it a welcome email. I got that one on monday. Yesterday afternoon I got the one to create your own vacation video. I just created it about 15 minutes ago.
