Superstar Television building

This may have been asked before, but does anyone know why this building is no longer used for stage shows. Loved Superstar Television & even thought the "Doug Show" was pretty good. Seems a waste of a large stage & audience seating to have nothing there. Anyone know?

Nothing at all. Last show to be there was Get Happy ... with ABC and that was basically an infomercial. I haven't heard any rumors about this building. I totally agree it's a waste not to have anything there.
