SuperShuttle to BWI?

Anyone use Super Shuttle from their home to BWI? How was the service? Were they on time picking you up?

I'm booked on them for Sept 29th but they need to pick me up at 3 AM! Just a little nervous since I've never used them before. Anyone with experience?

I have used them in Los Angeles. We were at DL and had a 3:45 AM pickup. It worked perfectly.

We recently used them from Bethesda to Dulles and sprang for the extra $15 for an exclusive van for 4 to avoid being picked up 4 hours before our flight. They arrived at our home at the set time and we had no problems. The return trip we did not get an exclusive van and waited 15 minutes at the airport to leave with only one other person. If you do not get an exclusive van then you make stops at other people's homes to pick them up prior to departing for the airport. This is the reason for such early pickups.

Last year we used SuperShuttle from BWI, and the pick up was fine. However, on our return trip we got back to BWI around 11:00pm, and there were no vans available to take us home, even after I had already arranged it. We received no apology from Supershuttle, actually they were really quite rude. Their attitude was more like "you're on your own." We ended up taking a taxi home, and will never use Supershuttle again.

For the past two trips we have used The Airport Shuttle http://www.theairportshuttle.com/ for pick up and deliver service, and have been very pleased. We will be using them again in a few weeks.
