Are there any Supermarkets within walking distance of Disneyland or my hotel (Days Inn Anaheim West).

I have seen where walmart is and there is no bus route and it's a 45 min walk according to google maps.

Basically somewhere I can buy cheap american cereals, candy and snacks.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. There is a 7-11 on the corner of S. Harbor Blvd, and Katella, and most hotel gift shops have breakfast items such as bagels, individ cereals, milk, candy, etc. I know of a good organic supermarket a couple of miles from DL in Fullerton, but you would need either a car or taxi to get you there. I know that other's have better info than this, so maybe one of the other board members can help you out.

I agree with the PP that you probably won't need a supermarket for those items. However, there is a Target store about a mile up Harbor (at Chapman). You could always take the Hyatt/Crowne Plaza shuttle from DL and walk across the street if you don't want to walk. :)

That Target on Harbor and Chapman is your best bet. You could also take the regular city bus southbound on Harbor and it would take you there.

I wouldn't worry about it because you will get a continental breakfast at that hotel. Probably a couple cereal choices, a couple pastries and juice. Like stated above.

If you really need something else there is a 7eleven much closer. It's west on Ball at the intersection with Euclid. But why pay a lot for candy bars there when you could pay more for better treats in the parks? I wouldn't walk over there either, it's up to you, but it's beyond the nice resort area and not as nice.

If you have a car there is a Walmart north on Euclid from that intersection, it will be on the right after you go over a free way.

One thing about that hotel. Not sure if you have stayed there or been to DLR. It is probably advertised as next to Disneyland. It is but about a 25 minute walk. Go across Disneyland Drive at the intersection will Ball Rd. Take the sidewalk down the east side of Disneyland dr. The sidewalk goes on an overpass at the far bottom you can continue walking, and the samesidewalk will curve to the left into DTD. You can opt to take a sharp left at the bottom of the overpass and that sidewalk will go back and under the overpass to the tram from the garage. This will save about 2/3 of the walk but no time when you use the trams.

Where is the organic grocery store? We are coming into the john wayne airport, have a car and are looking for a store between the airport and VGC.

For organic, pp must be talking about Henry's Farmer's Market? That's at 1447 S. Harbor Blvd at Orangethorpe Ave. not too far off the 5 freeway if you're coming up from John Wayne.
I think Ralph's carries some organic too.

There is an AM/PM Mini Mart in the gas station across the street from that Days Inn. That might fill the bill.
