When coming from the airport which exit has a Publix? My sister is leaving tomorrow and renting a car for the 1st time from MCO to Caribbean Beach for the cheer competition.

Depends on which way out of MCO.

From the South Exit via SR-417 (toll road), there a Publix off of John Young Parkway (SR-423) at Town Center Blvd:

There is also a Publix behind the Premium Outlet off of S International Drive:

Exit MCO via the south exit to Rt417 south, proceed to exit 6, there will be 2 tolls of $1.50 each, the tolls are manned so exact change is not necessary. Exit 6 is just after the second toll, at the bottom of the ramp turn right onto S International drive, publix is approx 2 miles up the road.
Back track when leaving the Publix to Rt 536 which is where you turned right onto S International dr. Turn right onto 536 and follow that road directly into Disney and take your second right onto Buena Vista drive, CBR is about a half mile on the left.
