Has this worked? I ask because my parents won but lost their vouchers. They called Universal and were told tough luck, you need to have the voucher. They said they do not have a record of who they sent them to. But if they can just show their ID's then that would be great!

Yes it works! I got mine today. I just had to go to Guest Services and give then my ID and it took like a minute or 2 and I had my ticket and was in the park.
