If the Colts of the last three playoff games show up, then the Colts win and it could get ugly if their offense is clicking on all cylinders. If the Colts of the regular season (such as a month ago when the Jagaurs smacked them around like rag dolls) then the Bears can win by running the ball and controlling the clock to keep the Colts' offense off the field.
I have a feeling, however, that this game could easily mimick the Super Bowl XXIX (January 29, 1995) game where the 49ers jumped all over the Chargers and won the game 49-26 - incidentally also played in Miami that year...
The Bears have had some key injuries on defense and the Colts might just exploit those weakened areas. However, the Bears have the advantage in the return game and it only takes one Devin Hester touchdown return to swing momentum and keep things close or win the game outright in the end. I think this is one of those games where it will either be good and close or the Colts will run away with it. (I know, I know... in theory ALL football games could go that way... but not really. Most NFL games will be close these days. Only a handful truly are ever blowouts.)
