I'd ask this on TPAS but I figured DVC folks have made more trips there so...
Does the Super Target on Bronson have wine like the regular grocery stores do? Is there a full size liquor store on the way there that's worth stopping at instead? Usually we go to the Winn Dixie but we need a lot more junk on this trip and wanted to make as few stops as possible, but if it's worth it, we will make a detour

Yes, that Super Target has a full selection of reasonably priced wine and beer. They seemed to have something for every taste, but like most grocery stores had an emphasis on the most popular varietels. I don't think they sold hard liquor, though.

Yeah, I have no idea what that means. Our guests are the winos. Is there a corkscrew in the 1 bedroom villas or do we need to bring one with us or just break it open with the sliding patio door?

I didn't think they would but now you are talking my language I can discuss the nuances added from diferent agave aging casks for hours as long as there are samples Bring on some Bacardi 8 while you are at it!

Is there a halfway decent liquor store on the way?

Heh! Sorry. I just meant that you'll find lots of different bottles of chardonnay, merlot, and cabernet sauvignon, fewer choices in shiraz and rieslings, and fewer still of pinot noir and say, vouvray. They seemed to have a good representation of all kinds of wines, but limited selection in the less popular wines.

There are liquor stores on Bronson/Vine before you get onto WDW property.

1BRs will have a corkscrew - if it's not there just call housekeeping.

There is a liquor store at the Walgreens at the corner of 535 and International - not too far drom the Crossroads and a number of them along 192. I'm sure you'll find someplace to stock up!

I thought the grocery stores, etc. were only allowed to sell beer & wine & the hard liquor was reserved for the ABC stores, no?

If you google maps you can search for liquor stores along your route.
