Super Target for grocery stop?

Can anyone tell me if the Super Targets have full grocery stores like Super Walmarts? How is the quality of their produce and cold cuts? We usually hit Super Walmart, but the Super Target seems right off the Greenway from the airport. Also, how do I locate the ABS Liquor stores in Florida? TIA

Yes super Targets are just like super Walmarts if not bettet, but from a displaced Floridians perspective only Publix will do for groceries, LOL. Also for Liquor stores in Florida they are ABC Liquor Stores.

We are stopping to pick up a few necessities. Can we buy beer at the SuperTarget, SuperWalmart or the grocery stores? Does it have to come from a liquor store? I get so confused form state to state. Thanks

Although there are ABC stores in the area, there are other liquor stores also ... I'm not sure, but I think that unlike some other states with "ABC Stores" (like North Carolina, where I live), the ABC Stores in Florida are different ... they're not run by the state, but actually a brand name ...

I know when I go to Universal there's a liquor store at the Wallgreen's that I always go to that's not an ABC Store ...

Where is the Super Target??

Are there any really inexpensive grocery stores around - like where the "locals" shop?? Last time we were there (2000) we could find nothing but tourist trap grocery stores!

Renting a villa this time and have to buy more of the usual every day groceries and really don't want to spend a fortune.

SIDEWALK - we are planning on stopping at the Super Target at 2155 Town Center Blvd. Mapquest says it is about a mile off exit 11 of the Central Florida Greenway/FL-417S. Hoping we can pick up everything in one stop. My guess is they will have wine/beer but need to find pre-mixed margaritas! Hey- it's vacation!

Yep, we've stopped at the Super Target on our last two trips "home". It has been great for us. We like to pick up cheap toiletries there too - I'd buy 'em at Target here, so why not just buy 'em there? We like to pick a special shampoo/conditioner that has a unique scent (like a crazy reaspberry or somthing we normally wouldnt get at home) so that when we get home all we have to do is go to Target and sniff the shampoo and re-live a bit of vacation. Weird, I know...but hey, it works for us!

Oh, its also great for those things you remember that you forgot to pack while you are on the plane (socks, cold medicine, etc.)

That supertarget is great!

You'll probably be able to find the pre-mixed wine cooler-like margaritas there no problem, and they have a decent beer selection too.

SIDEWALK, if I were you, I would go to Publix. (The one on Vineland by all of the College Program apartments is great.) Their prices aren't too bad, and they always have great produce.
