Super Soap Weekend???

Do you know when this is this year??? I do not watch Soaps and want to avoid MGM during this weekend if it falls during our trip in November.

They still haven't announced the dates- believe me, I've been looking, too. We are going the first week in Nov., and really want to miss the crowds. I am not a ABC soap fan either! Last year it was the second weekend in Nov., so let's hope they do that again- I'm assuming it will probably be Nov. 13-14.

If you do get stuck going during the Super Soap Weekend do be sure to avoid MGM. We were there this past Nov. and went, thinking oh how bad can it be? We had to leave early and go to the MK for the rest of the day. It was mobbed with Soap fans which wasn't so horrible, kind of entertaining how crazy they were over these soap stars. The worst part was that we tried to get a Fastpass for Star Tours and we were told by a CM that the Fast pass machines were only being used for Super Soap events for the entire weekend. It would have been nice if WDW let you know about that in advance. Anyway, by 1 or 2 o'clock I was sick of the Soap fans and we left. Go to any other park on that weekend if you aren't interested in Soaps!!
