Super 8 or Quality Inn - which would you choose?

Opinions appreciated please ~

I can get the Super 8 on Katella for $207.79

or

I can get the Quality Inn on Manchester for $191.56 + a $5 nightly resort fee *so an additional $20

WWYD/out of the 2 where would you stay - this would be a budget trip so under $50 per night is fantastic.

Trying to put together a visit over Presidents Day weekend.

I would stay at the Quality inn..Have stayed there before..it is clean and front desk helpful. walk to the park is doable.

My daughter stayed at the Quality Inn with our church group consisting of 4th and 5th graders in Dec. She said the walk is easy in the morning, seems longer at night, but the waffles and food were pretty good for breakfast. Please note my daughter is a particularly picky eater so pretty good in her terms is saying something .
