Anyone stay at the Sunspree family resort?? What did you think of it?

We went a few years ago for 3 nights. I wouldn't call it a resort as it is not luxurious. We stayed in a double/double. The rooms were comfortable but average. The pool was large and average. Meals in their restaurant again were average. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room which was handy for snacks.

I can't say anything bad about the place, but yet I can't think of anything great to say about the place. I found it to be a comfortable, clean, average place to stay.

I stayed there in May of 04 and thought it was nice. It was a really good value. We had a kidsuite and the kids loved the bunk beds. It was clean, but not too fancy. I would stay there again. The location is good too.

We dont need fancy just kid friendly. Our cheer team is looking for a place to stay durring our competiton. and this place had a good price, convient, and looked like it had some fun stuff for the kids to do.

Stayed there last year & it was decidedly average, room smelt musty & the paint was flaking off the bunk beds but if you want cheap & cheerful then I suppose it fits the bill! I think the kids stuff will depend on the age of your cheer team...our DS (9 at the time) wasn't really intrested in the activities as they were really aimed at younger than him.
HTH SD :paw:

Well our kids range from k-6th grade. I guess the arcade looked fun and the fact they have kareokee. We will only be there one or two nights at the most.
