Sunshine Seasons question

I'm trying to plan out our counter service meals for our trip in September, and I have a question about the menu at Sunshine Seasons. All the menus I can find list the "Rotisserie Chicken Flatbread with Wild Greens and Tabbouleh", but I've seen pictures in recent dining reviews of the rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and another side. Does anyone know if that's an option? Can you just ask them to substitute or how does it work? thanks!

Yes, they had a chicken dish with salad and rice or potatoes. They have a few restaurants types.

Yes, the substituted for my dd on her kids meal she did not want the cooked carrots and beans but wanted the salad so they did that for her, she had the kids chicken. My other dd (on the adult plan she is 10) also had the chicken.
