Is the new Sunshine Seasons Restraint in the Lands open yet?

I've been wondering about this too...if it isn't open now...does anyone know when it will be?

We just returned and it's not open. A CM told us that hope to have it open in May for Soarin. Evidently, Soarin and the Land will somehow be linked. They were working hard while we were there.
