Sunshine Seasons for Breakfast

Did we miss something? I had read so many great things about SS that we decided to skip a TS breakfast & try it last month. We thought the choices were very limited. There was (less than great) bacon, egg, & cheese croissants & limited pastries. I noticed on Allears that they also have a breakfast platter, but we missed that. Are the varying combos of eggs, & bacon or sausage all the hot meals they offer? Considering the fact that it's the only breakfast option, except PSB, in Epcot, we were hoping for more selection. I'd love to know there's more available & we just missed it.

The selection isn't huge at breakfast, but there aren't many options for quick service breakfasts in any of the parks. It sure is better than nothing. I remember having a basic breakfast platter and I think my son had french toast sticks or something similar there.
