I can't find any breakfast menus for Sunshine Seasons but have heard they do serve breakfast (and Electric Umbrella does not anymore).

Please share your experiences?

I haven't eaten breakfast there, so I didn't pay attention to the menu, but when we were there in April/May we saw several folks having breakfast. I think I remember seeing the standard eggs/bacon/hash browns plate as well as a breakfast croissant sandwich. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

That's very helpful - thanks. It tells me there's more than just baked items.

There was one station with eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles and the bakery section was open too

My DW, DS and I had breakfast there about three weeks ago. I had breakfast platter (scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon/sausage and biscuit. DW and DS had the breakfast croissant (scrambled egss, bacon and cheese. Both were very good. Their scrambled eggs are fresh and fluffy despite being prepared in large quantities. They also had french toast triangles.

Breakfast is served to at least 10:30, sometimes I think until 11:00 AM. Now, if only the coffee were better. ;)

LOL about the coffee! We're spoiled as we stay at the Dolphin and they have Starbucks!

Thanks for the feedback - anyone know if it's true that Electric Umbrella no longer serves breakfast? I remember getting a Stellar Scramble there in the 80's!

It is true that the Electric Umbrella no longer serves breakfast. The Fountainview Cafe has also closed. They used to have a very nice breakfast croissant with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. I am hoping that it reopens at some point. So far there has been no apparent remodeling of the place going on.
