What all do they have and does fried rice or white rice accompany the dishes?

I believe you're talking about the food court in the Land pavilion at Epcot? Right? If so, what I remember about it from our December 2005 trip was that there were several foods to choose from. I think I got to choose 3 things for my meal. All of it was garbage. It all reminded me of a tv dinner meal. If you want some good fried rice try the Lotus Cafe at China in Epcot. They have pretty good fried rice and good egg rolls. It tastes just like Chinese carryout, and if you like that kind of food (and I do), then it's pretty good.
