I'm looking to book the Sunshine flyer for our family. But I am somewhat unsure about the times. I enter all of the flight information, then they want me to pick a time. Shouldn't they be telling me what time they will pick me up? This could vary depending on if a flight is running on time.
 
I just replied on another thread that I find their website confusing. I also entered all of my flight details and I got about 10ish options and I think they were all the same time. I didn't try very hard to figure it out but at first glance it is confusing and not user friendly
 
You check off the one-hour time period that your flights arrive and depart in. For example, your arrival flight is due at 2:30 PM, check off the 2 PM - 3 PM box. Departure flight is at 5:45 PM, check off the 5 PM - 6 PM box. Sunshine Flyer will calculate your bus times from there. And they monitor your flights, based on the airline and flight number you enter.
 

I too was confused and though they charged me the correct amount, on my email it looked like I was both coming and going on both arrival and departure days so I emailed them about it. I immediately got a reply that they cleaned it up and I was good to go. I also added a day to our trip and they were quick to reply to my email about this and immediately sent me a new confirmation email. Very good to work with pre trip at least
 
I had booked before the July special. I emailed to see if I could get the discount applied and they responded with a refund within minutes. I was quite impressed with their responsiveness. And my email was not sent within "regular" business hours.
 
Does anyone know how long before your flight they roughly pick you up please? I guess I would need to allow longer for other collection points, rather than a direct route if an Uber.

It's under their FAQs -
The day before you check out, you’ll receive a confirmation email advising you of the motorcoach departure time, which will be approximately 3-3.5 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 4 hours prior to your scheduled departure time for international flights.

Anyone know how to modify flights for Sunshine flyer? I don't see it like Mears has it.

Just email them. They are very responsive to their emails and made the changes quickly. First time I had to email them they responded in minutes. Second time they profusely apologized that it took them so long to respond. It was under 2 hours. That alone makes me love their company.
 
I prefer to leave earlier than 3 hours before my flight. Is there some way to arrange that?

Maybe email them and ask. I suppose you could find a flight that leaves earlier but that seems like too much work lol. On my return flight it is delayed 88% of the time (terrible I know. It is Southwest and 6th leg of a cross country flight late at night - ugh). Anyway I was hoping for a later pickup time as we have precheck and that flight can be delayed up to 3 hours. (Isn’t that awful!)
