Sunset Safari ??

I wanted to find out more about the sunset safari. My flight was changed and I am now forced to spend another evening at WDW.LOL I booked one night at AKL in a deluxe savannah view. I remember reading about the sunset safari, but can't seem to find any info on it now. Are there only certain evenings and I seem to remember dinner. Can anyone help.
