I have a question about the Sunset Safari. I know that is available to AKV concierge guests, but did i read somewhere that DVC members staying at AKV but not concierge can also purchase the safari? I would love to have us do this on our Summer 2009 trip to AKV.

That's exactly right-guests staying in any type of AKV accomodation can book it. I have it booked for next Saturday, May 3 (I'll be in a value studio), and I can't wait! It does cost $50 more for non-concierge guests, but as the CM who booked it for me said, it's very hard to book concierge unless you've got that 11 month window. It's offered 4 times a week-I think the nights were Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. The phone # to call for information and reservations is 1-407-938-4755. I only booked it a few weeks ahead of time, but I have a feeling that since the Travel Channel showed it, it'll become much more popular.

I think you can book this 180 days in advance. The price is $160/adult (age 10+) for Concierge guests and $210/adult for non-Concierge. The kids' price is about half the adult price with a minimum age of eight to participate.
