Sunset Blvd. at rope drop.

I have seen that TSM opens 15 minutes before the published park opening. Does RNR and TOT? I was planning on going there at rope drop, but if TSL opens 15 minutes earlier I may do TSM and get it out of the way. I'm trying to avoid the stampedes!

That is not necessarily always the case with TSL....
Also I've been held at RNRC before until exactly 9am even when let back a few minutes early.

when we went in October, we were let in up to Sunset BLVD at 8:30 and walked over to TSL at 8:40. We did all 3 rides in TSL by 9:10.
The other areas of the park did not appear to be letting people in early, just TSL.
