Sunrise Safari, vs Sunset Safari

We're staying on the concierge level of AKL and would love to do one of these safaris. I'm leaning towards the Sunset Safari because it's less people, only 8, and the delicious meal at Jiko. My partner is concerned that there will be less animals at night than there will be in the morning. What do you all think?
Those that have done the safaris, are they as wonderful as I think they will be?

There will be less variety, as the sunrise safari takes you through the Kilimanjaro within the Animal Kingdom and the sunset safari stays on site at the lodge and goes through those savannahs.
