Sunrise Safari - Departure Day?

Can you do the Sunrise Safari on your departure day.

We'll be transfering to a DVC Resort on a Tuesday and that is the only time it is available during our trip.

You sure can!

You are considered a guest at AKL until MIDNIGHT of your check-out day!!! I do believe it requires park admission, however, just so you are aware of that!

We did just that.

It was wonderful and a great way to start your last day at AKL.

We had our bags ready to transfer the night before so we didn't even come back to AKL. Just headed straight to the BW & our rooms where actually ready when we got there.

When we came out from breakfast there were already guests in the park - so I would think it was about 9:30am.

I am having so much fun planning this rescheduled trip - because now we are able to take my late sisters 2 kids who have never been to WDW before and its like planning our first trip all over again except now I've learned so much from these boards on how to do things.

I'm just so excited about this trip!!!!

but, nothing compared to seeing it in the eyes of kids who have never been there before - it is one of the most magical moments ever - I will never forget the look on my son's face (6 at the time) when we were in the town car on our way to the Poly on our first trip and we turned a corner and there - bigger than life - was the Epcot Ball with the Mickey 2000 on it - it is a memory I will always treasure - it actually brought tears to my eyes!!
