Sunrise Safari at AK

Can anyone please give me the details on how to reserve a Sunrise Safari and how much it costs? Do they do it only on select days? I would love to surprise my father on our upcoming trip with this special adventure.

This'll probably end up at the resort board.

You must be staying at the Concierge Level at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Reserve through the concierge as soon as they have your reservation confirmed.

You must be staying over a Friday or Monday night. The Safari runs on Saturday and Tuesday mornings.

The cost is about $50 for adults and $25 for kids, and there's limited availability. You get the special safari and brunch afterward.

Can you book as soon as you book concierge or is it 90 days out? I saw on another board that it is 90 days out.

it is 90 days out. my reservation at AKL was made within the 90 day limit and the concierge wouldn't book it until they got confirmation of the reservation.
